Federal agencies have at their disposal convenient and easy-to-use mechanisms for obtaining a wide variety of management and technology services. Through the Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC), General Service Administration Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) that TSLLC has been awarded, and the SBA 8(a) program, agencies have rapid access to a wide range of services. Depending on your agency's needs, we can offer:

What is the 8(a) Business Development Program?

The 8(a) Business Development Program is a business assistance program created by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) for small disadvantaged businesses. The 8(a) Program offers a broad scope of assistance to firms that are owned and controlled at least 51% by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.

Benefits of the Program

  • Participants can recieve sole-source contracts, up to a ceiling of $4 million for goods and services .

What about Time Solutions?

Time Solutions is an SBA 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), and a subsidiary of an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC). 

As outlined by FAR 19.811-1, Government agencies can award traditional sole source / non-competitive contracts to 8(a) certified companies up to a $4 Million ceiling.

  • A sole source contract to an ANC under the provisions of FAR 19.805-1(b)(2) and 13 CFR 124.506(b) provides a streamlined and flexible procurement strategy. This process follows the same steps as identified in a traditional 8(a) non-competitive award. Government agencies can award sole source/ non-competitive contracts to an ANC up to a $22 Million ceiling.
